脉动热管气液塞振荡运动模型

摘要:

通过汽液塞受力分析,建立了脉动热管内工质振荡的数学模型,采用数值计算的方法对模型进行了迭代求解,重点观察了液塞振荡随时间变化的特点以及一些影响因素对液塞振荡位移的影响。研究结果表明,液塞在振荡过程中呈现出平衡位置不断变化的往复振荡,单向运动的趋势比较明显。初始压力、管径等因素对液塞的振荡有很大的影响。在初始压力低、管径小的情况下,液塞呈现无规律性的振荡。提高初始压力,增大管径有利于提高液塞振荡的幅度。

Abstract:

The motion model of gas and liquid slug in pulsating heat pipe was suggested through forces analysis on it.The model was solved numerically.The performance of liquid slug pulsating motion with time was observed and some important factors influencing liquid slug moving were obtained.It is illustrated that liquid slug oscillates around a changing position.The pulsating motion was influenced greatly by initial pressure and tube diameter.The liquid slug oscillates randomly in the situation with lower initial pressure and small diameter, but the altitude of oscillating increases with initial pressure and diameter.
