填料塔中氨水吸收二氧化碳的传质性能

摘要:

在填料塔中对氨水吸收二氧化碳的传质性能进行了实验研究,测定了填料塔单位体积的有效传质面积aV,气相传质系数kG和体积总传质系数KGaV等,实验结果表明,随着气体流量增加,aV值略有上升,kGaVkG值明显增大;体积总传质系数KGaV值也随着气体流量和氨水浓度的升高而增大。在总传质阻力中,气膜阻力所占比例相对较小,氨水吸收二氧化碳的过程主要受液膜阻力的控制。

Abstract:

The absorption of carbon dioxide into ammonia aqueous solution had been carried out employing a packed column.Four parameters characterizing the mass transfer performance, the gas-liquid interfacial area (aV), the volumetric gas side mass transfer coefficient (kGaV), the gas side mass transfer coefficient (kG) and the volumetric overall mass-transfer coefficient (KGaV), were identified and investigated.It was found that aV increased slightly with the increasing gas flow rates, kGaV and kGincreased remarkably with the gas flow rates.The volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients increased with the increasing ammonia concentration as well as the gas flow rate.The experimental results also showed that the resistance in the gas phase was small in the total resistance of mass transfer, the absorption of carbon dioxide into ammonia solution was mainly controlled by the resistance in the liquid-phase.
