助溶剂促进的β-环糊精与肉桂醛的包结性能

摘要:

采用单因素实验对饱和水溶液法制备β-环糊精(β-CD/肉桂醛包结物工艺中助溶剂与水的比例、包结时间、包结温度进行研究,以肉桂醛的包结率和包结物的收率为指标优选出最佳工艺条件为:n(β-CD)∶n(肉桂醛)=11V(无水乙醇)∶V(水)=1
