槽式太阳能真空集热管的热损失测量

摘要:

真空集热管是槽式太阳能热发电系统聚光集热器的关键部件,其热损失的大小直接关系到系统的光-热效率。通过对由6根真空集热管组成的13 m管道的热损失分析,结果表明,在导热油温度105313℃的范围内,辐射散热损失占总的热损失的70%90%;准静态平衡法测得的热损失较稳态平衡法测得的热损失大,在高温时(290℃)测得的热损失是稳态平衡法的1.18倍;同SCHOTT

Abstract:

The receiver, whose heat loss directly affects the conversion of efficiency from optic to thermal, is a key component of the parabolic trough collector.By analyzing the heat loss of 13 m pipeline which is constructed by six two-meter receivers, the results show that the radiant heat loss is 70% to 90% of the total heat loss when oils temperature from 105 to 313.The heat loss measured by quasi-static equilibrium method is larger than that measured by steady-state equilibrium method, and at high temperature290℃)the former is 1.18 times as high as the latter.The heat loss is 1.2 times bigger than that of SCHOTTs PTR70.
