3ω法测量纳米流体热导率

摘要:

设计加工了可用于3ω法测量导电流体热导率的实验装置,推导了衬底/绝缘层/流体系统中加热器温度振荡量的表达式,进而研究了绝缘层对流体热导率测量结果的影响。结果表明,当加热器宽度远小于热渗透厚度时,加热器温度振荡量的实部随对数频率增加而线性减小,通过拟合对应的斜率可得流体和衬底材料的热导率之和;当绝缘层热无限薄时,绝缘层对流体热导率测量结果的影响可以忽略;纳米流体有效热导率随多壁碳纳米管浓度的变化关系与Hamilton-Crosser模型的理论预测结果吻合较好。

Abstract:
