Abstract: A modified surface film renewal model based on a picture of the mechanism of the mass transfer between the gas and liquid phases is proposed.This model explains why the mass transfer rate at the beginning is faster,but will approach steady state after a certain period. A graphical presentation for calculations based on the methmatical model derived is suggested. Data for several mass transfer processes taken from the literature were examined and their respective surface renewal frequencies, 5, were calculated with results more practical than those from Danckwerts model.
摘要: 本文以对气液两相接触时传质机理的认识为基础,提出了一个修正的表面膜更新模型,可以说明传质开始时速率较快,而到达一定时间后又趋于稳定等现象。文中还按导出的数学模型作成了计算图表,对某些传质情况下的文献数据进行了处理,所得的表面更新频率S值较Danckwerts的模型更符合于实际。
