Abstract: A "Two region" model is proposed. By consider the discrimination of "re-gimes", drop size distribution, projection velocities of drops and variations of drag coefficients, an integration model is derived. It can reasonably explain the variations of limiting gas velocities with many facts, such as plate spacing, gas density, and liquid flow rate etc. After simulations and further simplifications, two simple equations are obtained. From tests with the data of various industrial plates and practical engineering design methods, the results are satisfactory, and the parameters obtained from fitting in with the data of industrial plates are in good agreement with those in the laboratory correlations from the literature.
摘要: 本文提出一个“两区模型”.作者考虑了塔板上状态的区分、液滴的粒径分布和抛射速度,以及曳力系数的变化等因素,推导得积分型式的模型,可以合理地解释塔板间距、气体密度、液流强度等变量对上限气速的实际影响.在对积分模型作模拟计算和进一步简化之后,得到两个能用于不同状态的简单方程式.用φ0.6—4.2m的各种工业塔板数据以及各种工程设计方法进行了检验和比较,得到满意的结果.拟合工业筛板数据得到的参数,与文献中的实验室数据及关联式,也很一致.
