Abstract: Longitudinal mixing in a liquid-filled column packed with four sizes of Raschig-rings, 6×6, 8×8, 10×10 and 12×12 mm, using an air-water system, was studied in terms of velocities of the gas and liquid phases and the relative height of π-shape pipe. From analysis with a minicomputer, the following expression was obtained The experimental results showed that longitudinal mixing in a liquid-tilled column was comparable to that in a dry packed column.
摘要: 采用了6×6、8×8、10×10和12×12mm四种拉西环,在空气-水系统中,以气相、液相流速及π型管相对高度为变量,用微型计算机直接采集、处理实验数据,研究了充液填料塔的液相轴向混合,获得下面的关系式:u_ld_e/D_e=6.29(u_ld_e/v_l)~(0.467)(u_Gd_e/v_g)~(0.196)(d_Q/D)~(-3.48)((h/H)η)~(-0.194)((?)/d_e)~(-2.68)实验结果表明,充液填料塔的液相轴向混合程度与普通填料塔位于相同的水平.
