Shrinking Unreacted-Core Model for Catalytic Steam Gasification of Jiao Zuo Anthracite

Abstract: A shrinking unreacted-core model for catalytic steam gasification of coal was derived through a series of mathematical treatment, and the value ofthe related parametera were determined by experiments. This model served well to describe the charac-teristics of the catalytic steam gasification of Jiao Zuo anthracite, with the varying activities of the catalysts during gasification. In particular, computed results obtained by employing this model agreed fairly well with experimental data.

摘要: 本文经过一系列数学推导,得到了煤催化水蒸汽气化反应的收缩核模型,并通过大量试验,测得了不同气化条件下模型中的有关常数值.该模型能够较好地表征焦作无烟煤催化水蒸汽气化反应过程的特性,特别是反映了催化剂活性在气化过程中的变化情况.根据此模型得到的气化反应速率的理论计算值与实测数据拟合较好.
