Abstract: By using the trapping microphotographical technique, the drop size distribution of the aviation kerosene and carbon tetrachloride mixture-deionized water system has been measured in three stirred tanks of 184, 287 and 494 mm in diameter with impellers of the frame-plate type. Based upon the mechanism of dispersion, model relations have been proposed and the model parameters determined by experiments. So a relation of the variation of drop size distribution with equipment geometry, operation parameters and phase ratio has been given. According to this relation, some relevant scale-up criteria have been obtained.
摘要: 对框板式搅拌桨,在直径分别为184、287、494mm的三个椭圆底槽内,用航空煤油、四氯化碳混合物——无离子水体系,采用取样显微照相法,利用新型的图像分析仪测定液滴大小分布.从分散机理得到模型关系,用实验数据拟合模型参数得到液滴大小分布随设备几何参数、操作参数和相比的变化关系.据此得出放大准则,可为此类搅拌槽的放大提供依据.
