Abstract: A two-dimensional mathematical model was developed for predicting the temperature and velocity field in a cylindrical combustion chamber. The two-equation turbulent model and Monte-Carlo method were used to simulate the turbulence and radiative heat transfer. Three different turbulence combustion models were considered. The differential equations were solved by a SIMPLE algorithm. The distribution of fuel and oxygen concentration, velocity, temperature and heat flux in a crude oil heater were predicted. The comparison between the calculated and measured temperature distributions showed that the prediction was successful.
摘要: 本文提出了预测圆筒型炉膛内速度场及温度场的二维数学模型,从化学流体力学基本守恒方程出发,利用湍流双方程模型模拟湍流流动,利用Monte-Carlo法模拟辐射传热,考察了三种燃烧模型.用SIMPLE算法求解微分方程组,预测了原油常压加热炉中燃料与氧气的浓度、速度、温度及壁面热流的分布.计算与实测的温度分布的比较表明,预测方法是成功的.
