PHASE EQUILIBRIUM FOR FIVE-COMPONENT SYSTEM OF NaOH-Na_2CO_3-Na_2SO_4-NaCl-H_2O AT 150℃

Abstract: In this work, the apparatus for phase equilibrium data determi-nation has been developed of water-salt system at high temperature. A five-component system NaOH-Na2CO3-Na2SO4-NaCl-H2O was studied at 150℃. The work completed the phase equilibrium investigation for the system at 150℃. On the basis of the phase equilibrium data obtained present and those available in literature, the phase diagrams were plotted for the NaOH-Na2CO3-Na2SO4-NaCl-H2O five component system at 150℃. According to the phase diagrams, the author made phase diagram calculation for the evaporation process in manufacturing caustic soda from natural soda in Inner Mongolia by caustic method.

摘要: 利用本文提出的高温水盐体系相平衡研究试验装置,测定了150℃下NaOH-Na_2SO_3-Na_2sO_4-NaCl-H_2O五元体系的相平衡数据,结合文献数据绘制了完整的150℃下该五元体系的相图,并进行了以内蒙古天然碱为原料采用苛化法生产烧碱蒸发过程的相图计算.
