Abstract: The distributions of circulation time were obtained by means of a single suspend bead for sixteen types of helical screw impellers with a draught tube in the laminar regime. The distributions were almost independent of the Reynolds number and were characterized by a single peak.

摘要: 采用单个悬浮粒子法测定了多种不同几何尺寸的螺杆-导流简搅拌器的循环时间分布.实验发现,该分布曲线一般呈单峰分布,基本上与Re数无关,可以用指数衰减函数表示成P(θ)=aexp[-a(θ-θ_0)]在层流区,衰减系放a_c与搅拌转速成正比a_c/N=c_5(常数)C_6是表征循环性能的一个参数(同频度).由回归分析得到c_5=1.62A_c~(0.260)(p/d_r)~(0.297)(d/d_r)~(4.460)/c_3可以由下式来估算搅拌器的混合时间c_1=-12.91nJ/(c_3c_5)
