Abstract: In this paper, the two-dimensional models for the effectiveness factors of the cylindrical high temperature shift reaction catalyst WB -2, 9×7mm in size and possessing a dead zone, are developed. By orthogonal collocation method the models are solved and the average absolute deviations between the calculated effectiveness factors and those of experiments are 11. 50%, for the multicomponent diffusion model.

摘要: 建立了有死区圆柱状WB-2中温变换催化剂效率因子计算的二维数学模型,用正交配置法进行计算,所得结果与实验测定值比较,相对误差绝对值的平均值为11.50%.
