低共熔型物系连续多级逆流分步结晶提纯塔的研究

Abstract: The mechanism of purification by continuous multistage countercurrent fractional crystallization has been studied. For a low eutectic system, countercurrent washing plays a main role in purification. The mathematical model which describes the impurity concentration vs. the crystal bed height in the purification column is as follows The influences of operating variables such as feed composition, reflux ratio, height of crystal bed and agitation intensity were studied theoretically and experimentally as well. A purification column 50 mm in diameter and 1060 mm in height was used in the experiments.The experimental results indicate that all the variables have important influence on column performance and the mathematical model gives results in good agreement with the experimental results.

摘要: 通过对提纯塔提纯机理的研究,提出了逆流洗涤型连续多级逆流分步结晶分离设备的数学模型.根据边界条件定出了模型的解,并讨论了解的物理意义.在实验中研究了进料浓度、回流比、晶体床层高度和搅拌作用等因素对提纯塔操作的影响,实验数据验证了模型的正确性.
