Abstract: An Individual Material Allocation Diagram(IMAD) method was proposed to represent a distillation process with multi - feed. A synthesis procedure based on IMAD for distillation sequences with multi - feed was further proposed. In the synthesis procedure the order of separation was determined according to some heuristic rules proposed in this paper. The quantities of the process streams and bypass were represented by IMAD. An example was given to illustrate the synthesis procedure.

摘要: 提出1种分块物料分配图以表达多原料非清晰精馏过程,在此基础上提出1种多原料非清晰精馏序列的合成方法.合成过程中,用经验法决定分离顺序,各物流量及相关操作以分块物料分配图表示.通过对只带旁路和清晰分离塔的多原料非清晰精馏序列合成示例的处理,说明了本文方法的具体应用.
