Abstract: Screen printing precision is influenced by the rheology of inks.The effect of surfactants on the rheology of organic vehicles in thick film ink was investigated.The organic vehicles displayed pseudoplastic and thixotropic properties,and the shear-thinning effect for surfactants-containing vehicles can be expressed by the Sisko model.By using surfactants,the precision of printing pattern was improved and the printing line width and pitch reached 100 μm.
