超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)在金属配基PEG4000/Na_2SO_4体系中分配特性的研究

Abstract: The preparation of Cu~(2+)-IDA(iminodiacetic acid)—PEG 20000(polyethylene gly col)was studied.By reacting at 65℃ and adding SOC1_2 by feed batch,the coupling yield of PEG 20000 to PEG 20000—Cl_2 reached 98%.A new metal affinity partition model was developed,by which the correction and prediction for the experimental data were made successfully The relative deviations between predicted results and xperimental data were less than 10%.

摘要: 研究了Cu_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000的合成方法及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)在含有金属配基(Cu_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000)的PEG4000/Na_2SO_4双水相体系中分配系数模型.通过降低反应温度和分批加入SOCL_2可使PEG20000转化为PEG20000-Cl_2的转化率提高到98%.提出的金属亲和分配系数模型可用于关联和预测SOD在含有CU_(2+)-IDA-PEG20000的PEG4000/Na_2SO_4体系中的分配特性,实验值和预测值之间的相对误差<10%.
