Abstract: A new type of rotary hydrocyclone for oil-water separation was presented. Its performance was studied by using blend oil-water and kerosene-water systems. The results showed that this rotary hydrocyclone was superior to the static one. Its maximum efficiency was raised significantly. Its operating range was 2 times of that of the static one. Its overflow rate at maximum efficiency was about 1.25-2 times of that of the static one.
摘要: <正> 引言 水力旋流器早期用于悬浮液的液固分离.与液固分离相比,油水分离要难得多.这主要在于:油水密度差较液固密度差小得多;旋流器内高速旋转流体的剪切力及湍动作用会造成油(水)滴的破碎.这些因素的存在,使其分离效率降低.80年代后,通过对旋流器结构的改进,使其在水脱油方面的分离效率显著提高,旋流器开始走向油水分离的使用阶段。 与水脱油相比,油脱水(如原油脱水)更为困难.其主要原因是在剪切力及湍动作用下,水滴更易破碎,同时,由于油的粘度远高于水的粘度,使水滴的迁移与合并更加困难.因此,水力旋流器用于油脱水,其分离效率仍很低.最近,BP Exploration公司采用 Vortoil预分旋流器将原油含水量降至 20%,再用直流脉冲感应聚结器进行水滴聚结,最后用转动式旋流器将含水量降至0.5%.
