Abstract: IGCC with its cleaning and effectiveness,is a hopeful power generation process.The high temperature purification of fuel gas is a key step of IGCC,and also an important tendency for future chemical technology.It will lead to a revolution of some ptocesses in traditional chemicai industries,such as,amonia synthesis,sulfuric acid,methanol synthesis,etc.The avoidance of unreasonable saddle temperature distribution,will be the direction of energy saving in chemical industry.The deno_x,low pressure drop gas processing in IGCC,are also popular problems in other chemical processes.These problems will be a challenge to the 21 century chemical engineering.
摘要: 联合循环发电(IGCC)过程是很有发展前途的高效清洁发电过程,高温气体净化是实现IGCC高效节能的关键,也是将来化工过程发展的重要方向.高温气体净化的实现必将大幅度提高能源利用率,并可能导致合成氨、硫酸、甲醇等传统化学工业的革命,改变化学工业中存在的不合理鞍马型温度分布,是将来化学工业节能的发展趋势.IGCC中涉及的脱氮问题、低阻力气体处理,都是化学工业中碰到的普遍问题,也将是21世纪化学工程学科的研究热点.
