Abstract: This paper presents a mathematical model which describes the filling/post-filling during gas-assisted injection molding in a tube and its numerical solution.With the verification by an example, the principle and affecting factors of gas penetration during gas-assisted injection in a tube are studied and analyzed.

摘要: 介绍了圆管内气辅注射成型充填/后充填模拟的数学模型及其数值实现,通过算例验证,对圆管内的气辅注射成型气体穿透过程及其基本规律和影响因素进行了讨论和分析。
