Abstract: Thermal analysis was utilized to study the formation kinetics of high-temperature phase sulphoaluminate based on competitive reaction.Experimental investigation proved that the formation of sulphoaluminate began at 1100℃ and reached a maximum at 1331℃.High temperature resulted in the change of multi-crystals composed of CaO,Al2O3 and CaSO4·2H2O.The mobility of particles increased remarkably and accelerated the solid reaction process.The formation of high-temperature phase sulphoaluminate could be described by the first order reaction kinetics, and could belong to nucleus formation mechanism.

摘要: 基于竞争反应机理利用热分析实验对高温固硫物相硫铝酸钙的生成反应动力学进行了研究.研究结果表明,从1100℃开始硫铝酸钙陆续生成,到1331℃达到最大值,高温作用导致由CaO、Al2O3和CaSO4·2H2O组成的混合物发生多晶转变,质点可动性显著增大,促进了固相反应的进行.硫铝酸钙生成可以由一级反应动力学来描述, 3CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4生成属于随机成核生长机理.
