Abstract:
The removal of C.I.Direct Red 23 (4BS) in aqueous solution with ozonationenhanced electrocoagulation was investigated by laboratoryscale experimentsOperation parameters were optimized based on the decolorization efficiency of 4BSAnalysis of 4BS in aqueous solution was performed by using an ultravioletvisible spectrophotometer equipped with a photoelectric detector at 500 nmExperimental results showed that, ozonation combined with electrocoagulation process was effective for the decolorization of 4BS, and up to 94% of color decay was obtained at 20℃ after 50 min reaction with a current density of 15 mA·cm-2, a pH of 100, an initial dye concentration of 100 mg·L-1, a supporting electrolyte concentration of 3000 mg·L-1, and an ozone flux of 06 L·h-1The removal of chemical oxygen demand (COD) followed pseudosecondorder kineticsA simplified model for COD reduction was derived by accounting for the contribution of initial COD in the system.
摘要:
采用臭氧强化电絮凝法处理直接耐晒大红4BS模拟染料废水,研究了染料脱色的影响因素及其CODCr去除动力学。考察了电流密度、溶液初始pH 值、染料初始浓度、支持电解质浓度、反应温度和臭氧流量对臭氧强化电絮凝法处理4BS染料脱色效率的影响。结果表明,电流密度15 mA·cm-2,pH值10.0,4BS染料初始浓度100 mg·L-1,支持电解质浓度3000 mg·L-1,臭氧流量06 L·h-1,20 ℃下反应50 min后4BS脱色率达94%以上。CODCr去除符合拟二级动力学。
