Abstract:
A novel synthetic method for 2,2′-dichlorohydrazobenzene(DHB)from o-chlornitrobenzene(o-CNB)was developed based on porous Ni-Fe electrode dispersed with PbO particles. Effects of cathode,electrolyte temperature,o-chloronitrobenzene concentration,basicity,dispersion mode and toluene on the electrolytic reduction were discussed. The optimum reaction temperature was found as 70 ℃,moderate current density(3—6 A/dm2)and appropriate pump flow rate were beneficial to improve the hydrogenation reduction,under which the final DHB content could be reached to 90%.

采用负载氧化铅的多孔镍铁电极还原邻氯硝基苯合成2,2'-二氯氢化偶氮苯(DHB),讨论了电极的电极形态、温度、溶剂含量、碱度、邻氯硝基苯浓度和不同分散形式对合成反应的影响,并对反应机理进行了讨论。结果表明镍铁电极具有较高的催化活性,在电流密度3~6 A/dm2,70 ℃和适当的泵循环速度条件下产物含量高且稳定,最终DHB的含量能够稳定在90%以上。
