Abstract:

Monodisperse molecularly imprinted polymer microsphere（MIPMs）for chloramphenicol was prepared by two-step seed swelling using linear polystyrene emulsion as seeds，methacrylic acid（MAA）as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate（EDMA）as crosslinker. The influences of swelling ratio，stirring speed，ratio of water to oil，dosage of cross-linker and dispersant on the morphology，size and size distribution of the MIPMs were investigated by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. Furthermore，static adsorption was used to evaluate the recognition properties of the MIPMs. When the swelling ratio was 40，stirring speed was 150 r/min around，ratio of water to oil was (8∶1)—(11∶1)，dosage of cross-linker was 20 mmol，dosage of dispersant was 1.2 g，a series of uniformly sized MIPMs with good dispersion were obtained. When 4 mmol MAA was used as the functional monomer，and the dosage of crosslinker was 20 mmol，the prepared MIPMs exhibited the best recognition performance，and the separation factor was up to 5.57 when thiamphenicol was chosen as the competitive molecules. Two-step seed swelling opened a simple and effective approach to preparing MIPMs in water.

以聚苯乙烯乳液为种球、氯霉素为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂，采用二步种子溶胀法制备了单分散氯霉素分子印迹聚合物微球（MIPMs）。通过扫描电镜（SEM），考察了溶胀比﹑搅拌速度﹑水油比﹑交联剂用量﹑分散剂用量等对MIPMs形态﹑粒径大小及粒径分布的影响。并用静态吸附实验考察了微球的吸附识别性能。结果表明，当溶胀比为40，搅拌速度为150 r/min，水油比在（8∶1）～（11∶1），EDMA用量为20 mmol，HEC用量为1.2 g时，可以获得一系列粒径均匀﹑分散性好的MIPMs。当功能单体为4 mmol MAA，交联剂为20 mmol EDMA时，制备的MIPMs识别性能最好，以甲砜霉素为竞争底物，分离因子达到5.57。二步种子溶胀法为水相中MIPMs的制备开辟了一条简捷有效的途径。
