Abstract:
A new hydrophobic fluorescent polymer containing carbonylhydrazide recognition units(CM-DCS-PyHy)was synthesized by carboxy methylation of N,N-alkylation chitosan(DCS)with chloroacetic acid in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfonate and then modified by 1-pyrenebutyric acid hydrazide.FTIR,1H NMR,element analysis and UV-vis were used to characterize the polymer.The polymer had better solubility in organic solvents,such as chloroform,alcohol,tetrahydrofuran etc.,than DCS.Fluorescence spectroscopy indicated concentration dependence of fluorescence of the polymer.The π-A isotherm with lecithin indicated that the polymer with suitable concentration could enhance the stability of lipid monolayer.These suggest the potential use of the polymer in membrane simulation and as a biological detector.
摘要:
制备了N,N-双烷基壳聚糖(DCS),在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,把羧甲基接枝到DCS的羟基上,再通过酰胺化反应引入1-芘丁酰肼(PyHy)基团,成功地合成了新型油溶性荧光高分子材料N-(O-乙酰基-N,N-双烷基化壳聚糖)-N′-芘丁酰肼(CM-DCS-PyHy)。用FTIR、1H NMR、EA、固体紫外等手段对产物的结构进行表征。实验结果表明:CM-DCS-PyHy能溶于氯仿、乙醇和四氢呋喃等有机溶剂中,溶解性能优于DCS;CM-DCS-PyHy在氯仿溶液中的荧光光谱具有浓度依赖性;适当浓度的CM-DCS-PyHy能提高磷脂单分子层的稳定性。该材料有望在细胞膜的模拟以及生物探针方面得到应用。
