Abstract: Liquid dispersion was experimentally studied in the gas-liquid-solid three phase riser. The effects of operating factors, such as gas velocity, liquid velocity and solids circulation rate, on axial and radial dispersion coefficients of liquid were determined. Axial and radial dispersion coefficients of liquid increase with the increase of gas velocity; axial dispersion coefficients of liquid remains constant, but radial dispersion coefficients of liquid decrease with respect to liquid velocity. Axial and radial dispersion coefficients of liquid increase with solids circulation rate. Compared with the traditional expanded bed, the gas-liquid-solid three phase riser is closer to the plug flow reactor.

摘要: 对气液固三相提升管内液相扩散行为进行了实验研究,考察了气速、液速以及颗粒循环量等操作因素对液相扩散系数的影响规律.实验研究结果表明,轴向、径向扩散系数随气速的增大均增大;轴向扩散系数随液速的变化基本保持不变,径向扩散系数随液速的增大而减小;轴向、径向扩散系数随颗粒循环量的增大均增大.与传统的气液固三相流化床相比,气液固三相提升管反应器更接近理想的平推流反应器.
