Abstract: A new synthesis route including hydrothermal treatment to produce nickel oxalate and β-phase nickel hydroxide was introduced. X-ray diffraction and infra-red spectroscopy was used to analyze the sample and the results indicated the sample was β-phase nickel hydroxide. The particle size and morphology were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,and the samples were pin-like products. The length of the products was about 100—200 nm,and the width of the products was about 10—20 nm. A positive electrode was prepared by mass fraction 8% nano-sized nickel hydroxide and 92% spherical nickel hydroxide to carry out the charge-discharge test. The test result showed that the specific capacity of the nickel electrode was increase by about 9.6% against the unadulterated spherical nickel hydroxide electrode and the specific capacity could be kept at 94% of the original value after 10 times charge-discharge tests.
摘要: 介绍了一种通过合成草酸镍,进而生成纳米Ni(OH)2的新的合成路线。X射线衍射以及红外光谱测试结果表明,得到的Ni(OH)2为β型。通过透射电镜观察到,合成的Ni(OH)2样品呈针状,长度在100~200 nm之间,直径为10~20 nm。对掺杂质量分数8%纳米级氢氧化镍的电极的电化学性能进行了测试,可以发现:放电容量比未掺杂的球形氢氧化镍电极提高了9.6%,且经过10次循环以后放电容量仍能达到原来的94%。
