摘要: 采用新型的微孔中空纤维膜为配基载体,以葡萄球菌A蛋白为配基,制备出A蛋白亲和膜。测定了亲和膜吸附等温线,研究了进料缓冲溶液的离子强度、pH值、蛋白质浓度、进料速率对亲和膜吸附人γ-免疫球蛋白的影响,考察了不同进料速率下设备的操作压降,并从人血清中吸附分离了人γ-免疫球蛋白。

Abstract: Affinity membrane is used to purify γ - immunoglobulin from human serum. The matrix is a novel microporous hollow fiber membrane and the ligand is Staphylococcal protein A. The effects of ionic strength, pH,γ- immunoglobulin concentration and flow rate on the performance of affinity membrane are investigated. The pressure drops for affinity membrane at different flow rates are determined.
