摘要: 本文(I)报开发的研究方法和量级分析的思想探讨了圆柱状催化剂内发生强放热不可逆反应时的多态特性,针对多态区域的预测,本文以粒内浓度分布为出发点,提出了一种锥体简化方法,用此法所得预测值与实际计算值吻合良好。

Abstract: By using the method developed in the former paper and Order Analysis method, the features of multiple states have been investigated when a strongly exothermic irreversible reaction occurs. The results show that three states may appear in some domain of φ when γ and β are large. When γ increases or θ decreases, the multiple states zone becomes large, but its shape doesnt change. A cone -simplification method is developed to predict the multiple states zone and its accuracy is satisfactory compared with that from numerical calculation.
