卧式螺旋管内烧干特性

摘要: 在中低压条件下,对卧式放置螺旋管中汽-水两相流烧干特性进行了实验研究,探讨了螺旋管内烧干机理。结果表明,卧式螺旋管内烧干主要受二次回流及沿烧干点的热扩散作用控制。烧干首先在管圈出口处发生,然后再扩展到上游。在同一截面上,烧干首先在管圈前侧和后侧发生。在实验基础上,给出了卧式螺旋管临界干度计算式。

Abstract: A study of the dryout characteristics in forced convection boiling in electrically heated horizontal helically coiled tube is reported. The results demonstrate that dryout usually occurs at the front (θ= 90°)and back side (θ= 270°) of the exit cross - section. The secondary flow induced by centrifugal force and the wall heat conduction around the dryout points are the dominant mechanisms of dryout in a helically coiled tube. Based on the experimental data, a correlation for predicting the critical dryout quality of horizontal helically coiled tube is proposed.
