摘要: 研究了硫化物催化剂的体相性质与合成甲醇反应性能的关系,考察了载体和助催化剂对催化剂还原性能的影响;据此,给出了表征硫化物催化剂还原性能的还原活化能分布函数,并确定了其相应的分布参数.用还原活化能分布函数定量地描述了催化剂活性组分及与载体间的相互作用;将分布参数与催化剂合成甲醇的反应性能进行了关联,获得了非化学计量的硫化钼与K-Mo-S相物种的最佳匹配值和相应的活化能分布参数.

Abstract: The relationship between the structural properties of sulfide catalysts and their reactivity of methanol synthesis from syngas has been studied.The effects of K promoter and support composition on the reduction property of catalyst have been investigated experimentally.An expression for the distribution function of reduction activation energy has been derived and used for the quantitative characterization of reduction properties of the sulfide catalyst.The result shows that there exists a good correlation between the parameters associated with reduction activation energy distribution function of catalyst and its reaction performance.
