摘要: 本文以实验的方法对复合沉积表面进行传热研究,认为采用复合沉积将低表面能的聚四氟乙烯复合沉积在金属表面上的方法,降低了金属表面能。实验证明,聚四氟乙烯复合沉积表面能使水蒸气形成滴状冷凝,提高冷凝传热膜系数。本文研究了个同聚四氟乙烯含量、试件放置时间对冷凝传热的影响,及冷凝传热膜系数与表面过冷度的关系。

Abstract: Thin electroless polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film was deposited to the surface o f metal, which can decrease the surface energy of metals. Dropwise condensation occurred at the surface of these films instead of filmwise condensation. Hence the high heat transfer coefficient can be realized. It is caused by the difference of surface energy between liquid and solid. The solid surface energy was measured from the contact angles. The result of experiment consists with analysis. The effect of PTFE content and surface aging to heat transfer were investigated.
