高纯胆碱的制备

Preparation of high-pure choline

摘要: 研究了WU64-H型阳离子交换树脂对氯化胆碱中金属离子的去除情况,考查了不同转型剂、料液初浓度及流速对离子交换过程的影响。实验结果表明,在常温条件下,用电子级四甲基氢氧化铵溶液对树脂进行转型,料液初始浓度为2 mol•L-1,流速为5倍床层体积每小时时,提纯效果最好,提纯后氯化胆碱中金属离子的含量均达到要求。在此条件下,对提纯后的氯化胆碱进行电解,电流密度为1000 A•m-2,电解温度为50 ℃,电解结束后,产品胆碱中金属离子的含量均在100 μg•L-1以下,达到工业上高纯胆碱的纯度要求。

Abstract:

Choline chloride is one of the raw materials to produce high-pure cholineThe choline chloride solution contains many kinds of metal ions such as Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+ and so onMetal ion has a bad influence on the quality of high-pure cholineWU64-H resin was used to eliminate the metal ions in choline chlorideThe effects of transformation agent, flow rate and concentration were investigatedExperimental result indicated that, the electron-grade tetramethylammonium hydroxide was the best transformation agent,the best flow rate was 5 times as bed volume rate in an hour and the optimal concentration was 2 mol·L-1Under these optimal conditions, the concentrations of metal ions were significantly decreasedCholine was prepared by electrolysisThe current density was 1000 A·m-2 and the temperature was 50℃After electrolysis, the contents of metal ions were below 100 μg·L-1, and came up to the requirements.
