Abstract: Experimental investigations into deflagration of approximate - quiescent state and pre-mixed combustrial vapor cloud were conducted. The overpressure distributions of hemispheric mixtured vapor clouds with diameters 1, 2 and 3m respectively were experimentally measured. The pressure time histories (p-t curves) at different positions were given. The characteristics of deflagration overpressure were discussed. The results can be used to verify theoretical methods and provide reference for further research.

摘要: <正>开敞空间蒸气云爆炸(Unconfined Vapor Cloud Explosions)会导致巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡.因此,对开敞空间蒸气云爆炸的爆炸威力进行定量分析,了解其破坏模式,提出防灾减灾措施,是十分必要和有意义的.开敞空间中的蒸气云爆炸大多为爆燃现象,可燃气体云爆燃场是一种非理想爆源所产生的爆炸场.对这种爆燃场进行的实验研究,国外已有报道,如Layer等人的肥皂泡技术(规模较小)及Lind和Strehlow采用聚乙烯薄膜作为限制物(较大规模)的实验研究.国内尚无此类报道.本文对可燃气体爆燃场进行了中、小规模的实验研究.采用可燃气体与空气的近化学计量比混合物,气体用聚乙烯薄膜限制成半球形状,其直径D分别为1、2和3m不等,点火后对各测点的压力用高速、多通道数据采集系统进行数据采集.本实验的结果可以用来验证理论方法,也可以为进一步的研究提供参照的依据.
