Abstract: An experimental study on the enhanced boiling heat transfer outside a tube with weak electric conduction fluid was conducted by inserting a electric field in the fluid. Relationships among high electric field voltage,heat flux,heat transfer coefficient and enhancement factor were obtained. The efficiency of EHD (electrohydrodynamics) enhancement for R11 and the different proportion mixture of R11 with R134a was analyzed. Analysis of consumption of the supplied electric field was carried out. The results have laid a foundation for exploring mechanism of EHD enhancement of boiling heat transfer and its practical application in engineering.

摘要: 针对化工过程和能源工程中常遇到的弱导电工质,通过施加一高压直流电场进行管外沸腾传热的强化实验,得出了外加电场电压、热流密度与沸腾换热系数及强化系数之间的规律.比较分析了工质不同组分对电流体动力学(EHD)强化效果的影响,并对外加电场的功耗进行了分析,为探索EHD强化沸腾换热的机理以及将其推广到工程应用中提供了一定依据.
