摘要: 用含有AgNO3载体的支撑液膜对丙烯进行促进传质分离,研究了不同工艺条件、支撑体材料等因素对丙烯纯度、渗透速率、单程收率及选择性因子的影响.在最佳条件下,丙烯的纯度达99.3%~99.7%,单程收率5.6%,选择性因子>700.给出了液膜稳定性处理方法.实践证明,支撑液膜促进传递过程明显优于被动的溶解-扩散过程.

Abstract: The facilitated transport of propylene through supported liquid membranes containing silver nitrate as a carrier was realized.The effects of different technological conditions and membrane material etc.on the purity of propylene,the Permeation rates,once through yield of propylene and the selectivity factor were studied.Under best conditions,the purity of propylene is up to 99.3%~99.7%, the selectivity factor more than 700,once through yield of propylene up to 5.6%.The ways of improving supported liquid membranes stability were given.The Process of facilitated transport through supported liquid membranes is proved by practice to be superior to the process of dissolution-diffusion.
