循环流化床壁面的几何结构对床层气固流动特性的影响

摘要: 采用反射式光导纤维探头对平壁和膜式壁面的循环流化床内的局部瞬态颗粒浓度进行测量,并应用时间序列分析方法对两种不同壁面几何结构的床内的动态特性进行分析.研究结果表明,循环流化床内存在明显的时空结构不均匀性,壁面的几何形状对壁面附近的气固流动特性存在显著的影响.

Abstract: A reflection-type optical fiber probe was used to measure the local transient solid concentrations in circulating fluidized beds with smooth and membrane walls,and the dynamic characteristics in beds with two different geometric structure of walls were analyzed with the method of time series analysis.According to the results,there existed obvious non-even characteristics of temporal-spatial structure,the geometric structure of walls had obvious effects on the flow characteristics of gas and solids near the wall.
