摘要: 以固定床的等温活塞流模型及描述锌系脱硫剂中温脱硫反应的等效粒子模型为基础,探讨了金属氧化物固定床脱硫行为的动力学规律.给出了固定床内硫含量的分布曲线及穿透曲线的数学表达式,分析了床层温度,气流速度及其硫化物的浓度等因素对上述两类曲线的影响.通过对工业脱硫床脱硫行为的分析,证明可用等效粒子模型等来描述金属氧化物中温脱硫的动力学行为.

Abstract: The kinetic performance of isothermal piston flow desulfurization bed was studied on basis of the Equivalent Grain Model suggested by the authors that was used to discribing apparent kinetics of desulfurization with zinc oxide particles. The representation of both sulfur distribution curve and break-through curve was given. The effect of temperature, flow rate and concentration of sulfur compound on these curves was analyzed. After analysis of results obtained in a commercial scale desulfurizing bed of metal oxides, like zimc oxide, iron oxide, it was verified that the Equivalent Grain Model could be preferably used to describing the desulfurization process of metal oxides.
