摘要: 根据聚氨酯泡沫固定化米根霉的生长特征,建立了描述固定化米根霉间歇发酵生产乳酸过程的双层反应──扩散理论模型,采用有限差分方法进行了数值求解.模型计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,证明该模型可用于过程的设计和优化.

Abstract: Based on the growth behavior of the immobilized R.oryzae in polyurethane foam cubes for lactic acid production,a double-layer reaction-diffusion model was proposed to describe the fermentation process.The model was numerically solved by the finite difference method.The theoretical prediction agreed well with the experimental results.This indicated that the model could be employed for the design and optimization of the fermentation process.
