摘要: 磁性分离在生物化学和生物医学工程中,特别是在细胞分离、免疫检测、靶向药物、固定化酶及亲和分离等诸多方面展现出重要的应用前景。本文对磁性分离载体制备工艺和表面化学修饰方法的研究进展情况进行了综述。

Abstract: Magnetic separation technology has many potential applications in biochemistry and biomedicine, such as cell sorting, immunoassay, drug delivery, enzyme immobilization and affinity separation of biomedicine et al, In this review, the recent developments in preparation of magnetic carriers and surface chemical modification for biomagnetic separation are described.
