有机紫外光探测器原理及其主要影响因素

摘要: 太阳光中的紫外线辐射与人类生活密切相关,因此研究紫外光探测器有着重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文主要介绍了有机紫外光探测器的原理、性能参数及影响其性能的主要因素。性能参数包括响应度、探测灵敏度、量子效率、光电流响应曲线4个方面。影响有机紫外光探测器性能的因素主要包括给体和受体材料的能级、吸收、发射、载流子迁移率、器件结构等,并详细阐述了它们的影响机制以及解决的方法和进一步提高性能的手段,同时对未来有机紫外光探测器的选材及性能提高方面也进行了总体展望。

Abstract: This paper mainly describes the principles of organic ultraviolet photodetector,performance parameters and the main influencing factors. Performance parameters include response,detectivity,quantum efficiency and photocurrent response curve. Influencing factors include energy level,absorption,emission,carrier mobility of donor and acceptor materials,device structure and so on. Furthermore,we elaborated their impacting mechanism and the methods to improve performance of organic ultraviolet photodetector. Simultaneously,material selection and performance improvement of organic ultraviolet photodetectors in the future were also prospected.
