Abstract: A set of experimental equipment consisting of both vapor and liquid recycling flowsheet was established. Tested with a known system, the equipment was proved reliable for vapor -liquid equilibrium measurements under elevated pressures. Vapor - liquid equilibria for the binary systems, HCFC22 + HCFC 142b, at 313. 15 K, 322. 80 K and 328. 15 K, and HFC22 + HFC152a, at 313. 15 K, and 328. 15 K were measured, respectively. In addition, vapor- liquid equilibria for a ternary system, HCFC22 + HFC152a + HCFC142b at 313.15 K, 323.15 K, 328. 15K, and 338. 15K were also reported. All the results were correlated by using the Peng Robinson equation of state with satisfactory accuracy.
摘要: 自行安装并调试了一套用汽液双循环法测定加压下的汽液平衡数据的实验装置。通过对设备的测温、测压及相平衡测定系统进行调试、校核,表明该装置测定的汽液平衡数据是可靠的。用本实验装置分别测定了HCFC22+HCFC142b二元体系在313.15K、322.80K和328.15K三个温度下的汽液平衡实验数据;HCFC22+HFC152a二元体系在313.15K和328.15K两个温度下的汽液平衡实验数据;HCFC22+HFC152a+HCFC142b三元体系在313.15K、323.15K、328.15K和338.15K四个温度下的汽液平衡实验数据。最后,用Peng-Robinson状态方程对实验数据进行了成功的关联。
