Abstract: Using hydrolyzate of corn cob with dilute sulfuric acid processes (residue of xylose production)as raw material,the kinetics of cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis was studied.Because of similar optimal temperature,pH value and anaerobic condition,the simultaneous saccharicfication and lactic acid fermentation (SSLF)process was evaluated experimentally with compatible results.A mathematic model wawsuggested to simulate the SSLF process with good agreement.

摘要: 以玉米芯的稀酸水解残渣(木糖渣)为原料,研究了纤维素酶水解动力学;根据乳酸发酵与纤维素水解具有一致的最佳温度、pH值及厌氧要求的特点,研究了纤维素的同时糖化和乳酸发酵(SSLF)过程,建立了相应的动力学模型.
