Abstract: A complex batch distillation column with cold storage is proposed, and a corresponding mathematical model with constant mole hold-up is also set up. The calculated results based on the proposed mathematical model agree well with the experimental data. The reliability of the distillation column for separating heat-sensitive materials is analyzed. It shows that complex batch distillation column with cold storage is fairly suitable for separating heat-sensitive materials.

摘要: 提出了冷存料的复合式分批精馏塔 ,建立了恒摩尔持液数学模型 ,模型计算结果与实验结果吻合良好 ,并对该设备分离热敏物料的可靠性进行了分析 ,结果表明 ,采用冷存料的复合式分批精馏塔分离热敏物料是合适的 .
