表面修饰纳米铜颗粒添加剂的摩擦学性能

摘要:

采用液相还原两步法制备了表面修饰的铜纳米颗粒,采用美国产UMT-3摩擦试验机进行四球长时抗磨实验,考察了其作为150N基础油添加剂的抗磨减摩性能及对钢球磨损表面的修复作用,用SEMEDS分析了磨损表面的形貌和元素组成。结果表明,经过表面修饰的纳米铜颗粒作为添加剂能显著改善150N基础油的抗磨减摩性能。含4%纳米铜颗粒油样润滑下的摩擦因数和磨痕宽度与基础油润滑下相比分别降低了24%64%,推测是由于纳米铜颗粒在摩擦表面形润滑膜对磨痕进行了修复。

Abstract:

Surface-modified Cu nanoparticles were synthesized by a two-step liquid reduction method.The anti-wear and friction-reducing behavior and the repair to the wear surface of steel balls were investigated by a four-ball machine, with Cu nanoparticles as 150N lubricating oil additive.The worn surface morphology and typical elemental distributions were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometry.The results showed that surface-modified Cu nanoparticles as lubricating oil additive could evidently improve the anti-wear and friction-reducing ability of 150N lubricating oil.Cu nanoparticles could fill-up worn surface and form a thin film on the surface.
