静电纺丝技术制备PMMA纤维的分析与模型预测

摘要: 以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)进行静电纺丝以制得PMMA纤维,利用扫描电镜观测其纤维形貌。考察并分析了溶液浓度、流速、接收距离和实验电压对纤维平均直径的影响。利用响应曲面分析中的Box-Behnken design,选取PMMA溶液浓度、流速和实验电压3个因素,以纤维平均直径作为响应值,建立了二元回归模型,且该模型与实验值高度拟合。此外,响应面分析得出的结果与单因素分析一致。

Abstract: PMMA fibers were produced by electrospinning from PMMA(poly-methyl-methacrylate)/ethyl acetate solution.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the fibers morphology. The influence of solution concentration, solution flow rate and operating voltage on fiber average diameter was investigated.The Box-Behnken design was used with three main factors, i.e.PMMA solution concentration, solution flow rate and operating voltage.Average diameter of PMMA nanofiber was set as response value.A binary regression model with a high degree of matching the results of experiment was set up by regression analysis.In addition, the results of response surface analysis agreed with univariate analysis results.
