超声作用对液相沉淀法制取纳米/微米二氧化钛特性的影响

摘要:

超声处理技术作为一种新型高效的材料加工方法,目前已被广泛研究用于纳米/微米材料的制备工艺中。本文尝试在液相法制备超微二氧化钛粉体材料过程中加入超声处理,探寻超声作用对所制得二氧化钛物料品质的影响规律。研究中针对直接沉淀和均相沉淀两种方式,分别考察了在各个制备阶段中加入超声处理后,所制得的二氧化钛粉体在晶粒大小及团聚体尺寸分布等特征上的差异。研究结果表明,对于均相沉淀方法,超声处理能够显著降低二氧化钛颗粒的尺寸,提高其分散度特性;而在直接沉淀方法中,超声作用的加入反而会促使二氧化钛团聚体的形成,对二氧化钛的品质产生不利影响。

Abstract:

At present, ultrasonic treatment technology has been extensively studied in the preparation of nanon/micron materials.In this paper, liquid precipitation corroborated by ultrasonic treatment for ultramicro TiO2 powder preparation was studied, and the purpose was to find the influence of ultrasonic treatment on as-prepared TiO2 powder characteristics.Two processes of direct precipitation and homogeneous precipitation were investigated, and ultrasonic treatment was added in different periods of these two preparation processes respectively.Comparison and analysis of the TiO2 samples in terms of grain size and particle size indicated that ultrasonic treatment could decrease the size of TiO2 grain and particle, improve its dispersion for the homogeneous precipitation method. But in the process of direct precipitation, ultrasonic treatment would promote the formation of TiO2 aggregate, and bring forth some adverse effects on TiO2 powders characteristics.
