错排双级黏性泵的动力学性能

摘要:

采用二维层流模型研究错排双级黏性泵的流场和动力学性能。研究发现错排双级黏性泵流场分为3个区域,上游区域没有明显漩涡,下游区域漩涡作用比较显著,而转子间区域的流场随着转子间距增大不断发展,间距较大时出现明显漩涡。黏性泵的量纲1流量随Reynolds数增大而显著降低,但低Reynolds数时趋于定值。转子偏心距增大时,转子两侧流动不平衡性加剧,量纲1流量近似线性增加,而量纲1驱动功率的增幅相对较小。随着转子间距增大,错排双级黏性泵的量纲1流量降低,而量纲1驱动功率则先增后减。

Abstract:

The flow dynamic behaviors and characteristics of a staggered viscous pump with two rotating cylinders were numerically investigated by 2-D laminar model.The flow field of the staggered viscous pump can be divided into three regions, or the downstream region without vortex, the upstream region with vortex, and the region between two rotors.The flow field in the region between two rotors develops with the rotor spacing rising, and there appears obvious vortex with large rotor spacing.As Reynolds number increases, the dimensionless flow rate significantly drops for large vortex, and it approaches to constant at low Reynolds number.As the rotor eccentricity rises, the dimensionless flow flux increases almost linearly for the nonequilibrium effect, and the dimensionless driving power increases with smaller amplify.When the rotor spacing rises, the dimensionless flow flux drops, while the driving power will first increase and then decrease.
