Abstract: Introducing purification devices in hydrogen systems can improve the hydrogen reuse effectively and economically, which is widely used in hydrogen systems. When a purification process is introduced, the position of the hydrogen pinch point may change and also multiple pinch points of the system may occur. For the pinch point has a considerable role for analyzing the performance of a system and optimizing it,the change of pinch point will influence the hydrogen distribution system. The pinch point change rules and tendencies for hydrogen systems with purification reuse processes are analyzed in different purification product concentration cases, based on the pinch technology through graphical methods. The work has great signification for hydrogen systems integration with purification reuse processes.
